Seniors Group Class
Join our Seniors Group Class at the Bulli Community Centre every Tuesday at 1:30 PM! Your initial assessment and first class are completely free, allowing you to experience the program without any commitment. After that, classes are just $20 each, typically running for a 10-week program. We also offer a free follow-up review or reassessment to track your progress, and private health options are available for convenience. Come and stay active with us!
Enrolling in a balance and strength exercise class can greatly enhance the functional abilities of older adults. These classes are designed to improve essential movements that foster coordination and increase muscle strength thereby facilitating daily activities. Additionally, group setting provides a motivating atmosphere that encourages participants to remain active together. Ultimately, this approach not only promotes greater confidence and independence but also reduces the risk of falls, contributing to an overall healthier lifestyle
